Jakub Homoly

Jakub Homoly has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and software development. Jakub is currently working as a Product Manager at GetAccept since August 2021. Prior to this, they were a Technical Team Lead at Swiftcourt from September 2020 to June 2021, where they managed a team responsible for developing and maintaining the Secure Payments platform. Jakub also worked as a Lead Developer at Swiftcourt from August 2018 to September 2020.

Before joining Swiftcourt, Jakub was a Frontend Developer at Boozt in 2018, where they were part of the core webstore team and worked with React/Redux. Jakub also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at INFINICA from October 2017 to February 2018, developing a document management system in the web browser.

In 2016, Jakub co-founded LimeDeck, an automated API testing startup, where they served as a Co-Founder and provided consultancy services to other businesses. Jakub was also a Software Developer at Enklare in 2016, where they worked on backend engineering, implementing Nordic bank solutions to automate the loan refinancing process.

Prior to these roles, Jakub worked as a Software Engineer (remote) at CSGOShop Ltd. from November 2014 to November 2016. Jakub played a key role in developing the first version of the store and building a custom E-Commerce platform from scratch. Jakub also worked as a PHP Developer at ambitas, s.r.o. from June 2012 to August 2014.

In addition, Jakub has freelanced as a Web Developer from January 2011 to June 2012, offering their services as a freelance PHP developer. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in various roles across different companies in software development, project management, and leadership.

Jakub Homoly attended Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave from 2010 to 2014, studying Business/Computer Science. Jakub obtained additional certifications in Real Time Web with Node.js from Code School in October 2017 and in International English Language Test System (IELTS, band score 8) from the British Council in March 2014.
