James McShane

James McShane has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. James is currently working at GetAccept as the Engineering Integration Manager, where they are responsible for building the integrations engineering team. Prior to this, they worked as an Integrations Developer at GetAccept.

Before joining GetAccept, James worked at APSIS International AB for six years. James started as an Application Developer and then became the CRM Development Manager. In these roles, they developed and managed the custom CRM system, implemented CRM strategies, and improved business processes throughout the organization.

Earlier in their career, James worked at Visa24 Ltd as a Web Developer/DBA. James was responsible for migrating the business to a modern IT solution, designing and implementing an SQL Server OLTP database, and developing a web application using Bootstrap and JavaScript. James also co-founded myGermanExpert, where they were involved in designing and developing a service to simplify and automate bureaucratic processes for foreigners in Germany.

James also has experience in the music industry, where they worked as an audio designer/producer and co-founded a record label called Almighty Wire. Additionally, they worked as a rigger at ACK Productions Ltd.
