Mark Henderson

Mark Henderson has extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Mark is currently the Co-Owner and CEO of Missinglettr since April 2022. Prior to that, they held a similar position at GetAcquired and FirstOfficer starting in March 2020 and January 2020 respectively. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Mark served as a Board Member at The Alacrity Foundation Canada starting in June 2017. Additionally, they served as the CEO of Flow from August 2016 to January 2019 and as the COO from August 2015 to August 2016. Mark also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at SaaSquatch from October 2014 to July 2015. Earlier in their career, Mark worked at Intuit, starting in November 2004, and held various senior management roles, including Senior Operations Manager, Senior Customer Care Manager for Self Help and Online Communities, Senior Customer Care Manager for QuickTax & ProFile, and Contact Center Manager.

Mark Henderson attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 1997 to 1999, where they studied accounting. No degree was mentioned.
