Anna Maguire

Anna Maguire has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anna is currently employed as the Head of Strategy and Implementation at GetAgent.co.uk since May 2023. Prior to this, Anna worked at Sweaty Betty, where they held the positions of Strategic Operations Manager from March 2022 to April 2023 and Strategy Manager from August 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Sweaty Betty, Anna gained valuable consulting experience at Bain & Company. Anna worked as a Consultant from March 2021 to August 2021, a Senior Associate Consultant from July 2020 to March 2021, and an Associate Consultant from April 2019 to June 2020. At Bain & Company, Anna was involved in providing strategic advice to global leaders across various industries and geographies.

Prior to their time at Bain & Company, Anna worked at North Highland UK as a Consultant from April 2018 to February 2019 and an Analyst from October 2016 to April 2018. Anna played a key role in helping clients solve complex challenges related to customer experience, performance improvement, technology, and digital transformation.

Anna also served as an Interim Marketing Executive at Smart Currency Business from September 2015 to March 2016 and as a Service Administrator at wlmg from October 2009 to April 2014.

Anna Maguire has a Bachelor's Degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, which they obtained from the University of Oxford from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued A Levels. Before high school, Anna attended Sacred Heart High School from 2005 to 2010 and obtained their GCSEs. Anna also has several additional certifications, including being a Prosci-certified Change Manager from Prosci since September 2018, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Process Management International (PMI) since January 2017, a Community Sports Leadership Award Level 2 from Sports Leaders UK since August 2011, and The Challenge Distinction from The Challenge since September 2010.
