GetAICOS is building a local-first AI Chief of Staff for knowledge workers, founders, product managers, and operators.

Modern professionals juggle dozens of projects, conversations, tabs, documents, and unfinished tasks every day. Important work often falls through the cracks—not because people forget, but because context is scattered across tools.

GetAICOS automatically organizes work activity into projects, workstreams, and open loops, helping users understand what they worked on, what needs attention, and what has been neglected.

Built with privacy first, GetAICOS keeps activity data on the user’s device and focuses on actionable insights rather than surveillance.

Our mission is simple: help people stay focused on what matters most and never lose track of important work again.
