August Grønli

August Grønli has a diverse work experience, with roles in business development, operations management, and customer service. August started their career in 2015 as an Account Strategist at Google, where they worked closely with small and medium-sized businesses in the Nordics to develop their advertising and marketing strategies. In 2016, they co-founded Avamera, a car-sharing platform, where they served as CEO and was responsible for developing the business plan, setting up legal entities, and managing customer service. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Nabobil by Getaround, initially as Head of Customer Service, managing a team and handling customer service and claims for car owners and renters. August then transitioned to become Head of Operations, focusing on building a more robust customer service and claims handling team, as well as developing the self-service car-sharing experience. In their latest role at Nabobil by Getaround, they were Head of Business Development for Northern Europe and Spain, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities, streamlining operations for fleet owners, and increasing rentals and revenues.

August Grønli earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Technology from Universitat Ramon Llull from 2011 to 2015.
