Sofia Grant has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Digital Project Manager for Rambler&Co. In 2014, they moved to Wilson James, where they served as a Bilingual Business Administrator. In 2015, they began working as a Brand and Partnerships Manager for Tessuti Italia. In 2016, they took on the role of EA to Founder and Chief Communications Officer for Buro 24/7. In 2017, they worked as Communications Manager for FTL · Future Tech Lab. Finally, in 2018, they joined Getaround as a Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. As Executive Assistant, they were responsible for logistics and calendar of the CFO, drove numerous ad-hoc projects for Finance and People teams, and coordinated the recruitment process for C and VP-level candidates.
