Founded by Gretel Hartman, a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience, PES is the driving force behind the groundbreaking platform, getbadged.

getbadged flips the script on traditional recruitment. Built on a foundation of professionalism, integrity, and respect, it champions inclusivity and fosters greater diversity in law enforcement. As a woman-owned business with an all-woman team, we understand these values deeply.

We move beyond mere test scores, conducting a holistic assessment that evaluates both cognitive abilities and the characteristic traits of exceptional officers. This in-depth analysis empowers partnering departments to make fast eligibility determinations while gaining valuable insights into a candidate's full potential, including personality, aspirations, and resilience.

getbadged isn't just a platform; it's a support system. We offer no-cost mentoring and personalized guidance to candidates, because their success is our success. We also prioritize building strong relationships with our partner agencies, taking the time to understand their unique hiring needs, department culture, and community dynamics.

At PES, our expertise goes beyond entry exams, encompassing all aspects of law enforcement recruitment. Driven by a passion for innovation, we're transforming the industry by offering unparalleled options and flexibility through getbadged.

Join us, both candidates and agencies alike, in shaping the future of law enforcement recruitment. It's where dedication meets innovation. Let's pioneer a new era of recruitment and hiring excellence together!
