In 2011, they served as an Intern Research Assistant at the Edward Bloustein School for Planning and Public Policy, conducting research and providing analysis on the impact of municipal government. Since 2012, James has been working as the Director of Human Resources at Business Credentialing Services, where they oversee human resource functions within the company.
