Sadie
If I didn't work in talent acquisition, I would be a police detective... And I always wanted to be a novelist when I was a kid.
What part of your job gives you most energy?
Sadie
I love meeting people and finding out about them, their lives, thoughts, and ambitions. But I have to say that inviting new people to join the team is my favourite part of my job.
