Jonathan Kerner

Jonathan Kerner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jonathan currently holds the position of Vice President Finance at Cogni, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Morgan Stanley for seven years, from 2014 to 2021, holding the role of Executive Director. Jonathan also worked as an Independent Consultant from 2008 to 2014, serving as a CFO for hire. Before that, Jonathan was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley from 2005 to 2008. Their early career includes a position as an Associate at Castle & Cooke, Inc. in 2004, where they worked on examining and integrating potential acquisition targets and providing CFO responsibilities for existing portfolio companies.

Jonathan Kerner has a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from UCLA. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
