Gemma Scougal

Gemma Scougal is a seasoned Geoscience and Geospatial Project Office Manager with over 12 years of experience in the petroleum geology sector, specializing in basin-screening projects and managing geological datasets within the ArcGIS platform. Currently, as a Project Office Manager at Getech, Gemma focuses on operational efficiency and strategic planning while simultaneously running WildWays, where they provide guided walking experiences and assess Duke of Edinburgh Award students. Gemma holds an MSc in Petroleum Geoscience from The University of Manchester and a BSc in Geology and Physical Geography from the University of Liverpool. Previously, they worked at GETECH PLC, where they managed geological data projects, and at Darlington Borough Council as a Regeneration Officer.
