Letitia Truslow

Letitia Truslow is an experienced professional in customer experience and quality systems management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Epic for Kids since February 2023, Truslow has also held the same title at Osmo since June 2013, where responsibilities included building a support team and leading initiatives across various customer segments. Previously, Truslow worked at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. as a Quality Systems Manager and Strategic Supply Chain Program Manager, focusing on implementing ISO standards and overseeing engineering documentation control. Earlier experience includes serving as Production Control Manager at Rain Bird, where Truslow managed production logistics and supplier relations. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College and a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
