Nikki Decker

Nikki Decker has a strong background in brand and creative development. Nikki is currently working at Epic for Kids as the Sr. Director of Brand & Creative, where they lead the in-house creative team and manages projects from strategy to completion. Nikki also develops and maintains brand standards across various channels and collaborates with leaders across the organization. Prior to this, Nikki worked at Shutterfly, Inc. in roles such as Lead Designer, Design Manager, and Senior Graphic Designer, where they developed seasonal campaigns, designed holiday catalogs, and refreshed the Shutterfly brand. Before that, they gained experience as a Graphic Designer at Philippe Becker Design and Portfolio Lending Group Inc.

Nikki Decker attended the Academy of Art University from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
