Davy Richards is the current Director of Customer Success at Flex. Prior to this, Davy was the Manager of Advanced Support at Square, and before that, the Manager of Client Services at Web.com.
At Square, Davy led the advanced support team for Weebly. Davy was responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of credits and refunds issued, and helping to implement a proactive report on client accounts.
At Web.com, Davy created change management plans for stack rank and client touchpoint processes, oversaw the communication and implementation of changes to those processes, successfully de-escalated and helped retain several locations and team members, and actively engaged in meetings and objective delivery for 5 top revenue-generating corporate clients. Davy was also a resource for systems, software, process, and product knowledge, working with top relationships to provide strategy and support regarding location support.
Davy Richards has a UX design degree from Butter Academy and a business degree from Chandler Gilbert Community College. Davy has also studied music and fashion design.
