Kara Meres is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting for technology roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Flex since March 2024, Kara specializes in hiring software engineers, data analysts, and data scientists throughout New York and the U.S. Prior to this role, Kara was a Senior Tech Recruiter at Qualtrics, where contributions included full lifecycle recruiting for Software Engineers in EMEA, US, and LATAM, as well as developing structured interviewing process guidelines in partnership with the DEI team.
