Matt Allen

Matt Allen is a Senior Technical Recruiter - Product at Flex. Prior to joining Flex, Matt was with JustAnswer as a Talent Acquisition from December 2020 to March 2022. Before JustAnswer, Matt was with Levi Strauss & Co. as a Senior Digital Recruiter from November 2018 to March 2020.

Matt has also worked with BCG Digital Ventures as Lead Design Recruiter from January 2018 to October 2018 and LendingClub as Senior Recruiter : Product x Design from July 2017 to January 2018. Additionally, Matt has also worked with AKQA as a Senior Recruiter from June 2015 to July 2017 and Nurun San Francisco (Formerly Odopod) as Resource Manager from January 2014 to May 2015.

R/GA was Matt's first job after graduating college in September 2008 and they held various roles such as Group Resource Manager, Talent Manager, and Recruiter before leaving in September 2013. Prior to R/GA, Matt worked at Razorfish as a Senior Lead Recruiter from July 2005 to January 2008 and Aquent as an Account Manager/Senior Recruiter from August 2000 to January 2005.

Matt Allen is a graduate of the University of Dayton, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in English. Matt also attended Firestone High School.
