Mehar B. is a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in strategic finance and investment banking. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Strategic Finance at Flex since May 2025, Mehar previously held the position of Private Equity Associate at Veritas Capital and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Earlier experience includes a Research Associate role at the R Street Institute, collaborating with Dr. Ashley Nunes on competition policy research, and participation in Oaktree Capital Management's Future Leaders Program. Additional internships include positions at Deutsche Bank in Leveraged Finance and Grant Thornton LLP in Growth Advisory.
