Michael Jacobson

Michael Jacobson currently serves as VP Legal at Flex, overseeing corporate, HR, and commercial legal matters at a venture-backed FinTech company. Jacobson is also a founding member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsels. Previously, Jacobson held legal leadership roles at Snappy Gifts and Procore Technologies, where responsibilities included managing legal affairs during Procore's acquisition of Honest Buildings. Earlier career experience includes positions as General Counsel at Honest Buildings, and Senior Director of Legal Affairs at Grovo, where Jacobson established the legal function and handled significant financing and corporate matters. Additional roles include business attorney at Axiom and principal at Jacobson Legal PC, focusing on advising companies from formation to exit. Jacobson started legal career at Baker & Hostetler LLP, primarily in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
