Michelle Cino

Michelle Cino is an experienced professional in instructional design and education, currently serving as the Training Lead for Customer Success at Flex since September 2025, where responsibilities include training program design and alignment with business objectives. Since May 2017, Michelle has also been a Senior Lecturer at St. Joseph's University New York, teaching an introductory course in Computer Applications. Previous roles include instructional designer and technologist at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, supporting course development and improving onboarding processes, and positions at Kean University and Rutgers School of Social Work, where the focus was on digital course design and learner engagement. Michelle's earlier experience at Columbia Business School involved enhancing teaching quality through faculty coaching. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Design from Seton Hall University and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Workplace E-Learning Design & Development from Boise State University.
