Nancy Wang

Nancy Wang is an accomplished leader in data science and artificial intelligence with extensive experience across multiple high-profile organizations. As the Head of Foundation AI, DS and ML at Flex from April 2024 to August 2025, Nancy built a foundational AI platform to drive innovations in AI, data science, and machine learning. Previously, Nancy served as the Head of Decision Science at Block from April 2022 to April 2024, influencing strategic decision-making for the leadership team. At NBCUniversal, Nancy was the Vice President of Advertising Data Science, where efforts focused on ad effectiveness attribution for premium content. Nancy also held the position of Director of Data Science and Analytics at Target and led the data science efforts at Glow. Academically, Nancy earned a PhD in Biostatistics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MS in Statistics from Stanford University.
