Ryan Metcalf

Ryan Metcalf is a public affairs leader with over a decade of experience in government relations, public policy, and strategic communications within the fintech and lending sectors. They served as a Senior Analyst and Special Assistant to the U.S. Trade Representative at The White House from 2010 to 2012, and later held the position of Chief of Staff & Director of Government Affairs and Communications at Affirm, Inc. from 2013 to 2019. Prior to their current role as Vice President of Public Affairs at Flex, where they advocate for equitable access to capital, Ryan was the Head of Government Affairs & Communications at Funding Circle US. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of South Florida.
