Sarah Pratt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Operations Manager at Flex since April 2023, Sarah has previously held the position of Compliance Program Manager at Coinbase from April 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Sarah spent six years at Wells Fargo in various roles, including Fraud Operational Risk Officer and Compliance Consultant. Sarah's career began at T.
