Shelby Dills

Shelby Dills is a senior manager in partner operations at Flex since March 2022, with a progressive career in property management and leasing. Previously, Shelby held multiple roles at American Campus Communities from 2014 to 2022, including area manager, general manager, and assistant area leasing & marketing manager, overseeing the leasing operations for up to 5,000 beds across six student apartment communities. Shelby's experience also includes a position as a real estate services coordinator at Behringer and several roles at American Campus Communities that focused on community assistance, training, and event planning. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Human Development and Family Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2014.
