Austin Nicholas is the Founder of Focused, an Author, the Founder of Riga United Football Club, and has held various roles in companies such as Startup Wise Guys, Pitch Patterns, Travel Out There, Slough Young People's Centre, and Spirit Conference Venue. Graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Broadcasting Studies after attending Burnham Grammar School. Austin's work focuses on human-centric communication, improving meeting culture, helping startups scale internationally, and fostering team spirit and connected culture in companies. With a passion for sports, entrepreneurship, and community empowerment, Austin continues to make a positive impact in various industries.
