Jon Talbert

Jon Talbert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they serve as the Chief Guide Officer and Forte Brand Evangelist at Forte, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they were part of the Executive Coaching Group at Re:fine Solutions Group from December 2021. In 2019, Jon worked as an Executive Coach at Peak Solutions. Jon also had entrepreneurial ventures, owning Sundance Meadows, a premier glamping experience, and serving as a Rookie Vineyard Owner at Danse du Soleil Vineyards. Additionally, Jon has experience in the sports industry, providing MLB SoulCare to the Oakland A's and SF Giants while working with Baseball Chapel. Jon also worked as an Executive Consultant for Pro Athletes Outreach, focusing on the MLB and NFL. Furthermore, Jon has held leadership positions in faith-based organizations, including serving as the Chief Convening Officer/Unify Director at Transform the Bay and Executive Director at Beautiful Day. Jon started their career at WestGate Church, serving as a Pastor and playing key roles in compassion, teaching, and leadership development.

Jon Talbert obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and Theology from Biola University in the years 1985 to 1989. Jon then pursued a Master's degree with a focus on Biblical Studies and Theology at Talbot School of Theology from 1990 to 1995. Later on, they attended George Fox University from 2006 to 2008 to acquire a Doctorate in Semiotics, Leadership & Emerging Culture.
