William Norvell

William Norvell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. William is currently the Co-Founder and President of Forte (formerly Paraclete), a mental wellness employee platform that aims to help individuals contribute meaningfully in work, home, and community. Prior to Forte, William worked as an Advisor at Portion Capital starting from 2023. Previously, they served as the Principal at Sovereign's Capital, a private equity firm, from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Partner at Verse Consulting Partners from 2014 to 2017. William also had experience as an Advisor at Ironclad Capital LLC in 2013 and as the Assistant Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Stanford Graduate School of Business in the same year. In 2012, they co-founded Always Endeavor, LLC and served as the Head of Business. Earlier in their career, William worked as a Private Equity Associate at Arcapita from 2007 to 2010 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities from 2005 to 2007.
