Ranjit de Sousa has a diverse work experience. Ranjit is currently the Co-Founder of FOUND, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Managing Director of The Coalyard since July 2021. Ranjit has also been involved in various advisory board roles, including being a Board Member at Archilogic from July 2022, an Advisory Board Member at Volonte and Archetype since October 2022 and January 2022, respectively, and a member of the Advisory Board at Velocity Network Foundation since September 2021. In addition, they are a Non-Executive Director at Empresaria Group plc since February 2023.

Ranjit's previous experiences include being the Global President of Lee Hecht Harrison from April 2018 to June 2021, the Executive VP, EMEA from January 2010 to March 2018, and the Senior VP, Global Business Development from September 2008 to December 2009. Ranjit also served as a Board Member at World Employment Confederation from January 2018 to September 2020. Before that, Ranjit worked at Adecco Human Capital Solutions as the Director of Business Development from May 2005 to August 2008, where they handled internal M&A projects, project management of large-scale client restructuring projects, and strategic solutions for clients.

Ranjit de Sousa completed their high school education at Gymnasium Bäumlihof from 1987 to 1995, where they focused on Mathematics and Sciences and received their Matura degree. Ranjit then went on to attend the University of St.Gallen from 1995 to 2000, where they pursued a lic.rer.publ. degree. During their time at the university, they studied Economics, International and Public Law, as well as Political Science. In 1999, Ranjit also studied Political Science and Government at Geneva Graduate Institute for a year.
