The Software Engineering team at Genea is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s cloud-based software solutions for the commercial real estate industry. This includes creating and enhancing tools for property teams to manage tenant-related services such as after-hours HVAC and lights, automated sub-meter reading and billing, and building applications and web services. The team ensures high-quality, reliable, and scalable software by utilizing a combination of rigorous quality assurance processes and advanced engineering practices.
