Vikas Kumar

Vikas Kumar is an experienced operational specialist currently managing end-to-end production quality and the procurement of high-quality raw materials at Aswan Industries since July 2021. Vikas has held various roles including Hub InCharge at Grab and Fleet Manager at Swiggy, where responsibilities included developing sourcing strategies, training modules, and employee retention strategies while managing teams comprising over 1300 blue-collar workers. Previous experience includes serving as a Team Lead at Delhivery, focusing on last-mile operations and data analysis, and a trainee position at the Central Institute of Hand Tools in India, specializing in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). Vikas holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, completed between 2012 and 2016, and a +2 degree in Non-Medical from Sain Dass A.S. Sr. Sec School, Jalandhar.
