Roy Ben Yair has worked in a variety of roles in the design field. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Brand Designer at Awesome Tel Aviv. Roy then moved to McCann Tel-Aviv Israel, where they held the position of Art Director from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they were a UX/UI Designer at Create Future. Roy is currently a Product Designer at Grin®.
