Ira Burhani

Ira Burhani has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Support Specialist for GetGround. Prior to this, they were a Subject Matter Expert and Process Associate at Genpact from 2020. Ira also worked as a CUSTOMER SERVICE GUEST SPECIALIST at Booking.com from 2014. From 2012 to 2009, they were a Ticketing and Reservation Agent with PT Lion Air, where they were responsible for arranging reservations, routing passengers, providing feedback to management, and more. Ira started their career in 2009 as a Recruitment Executive with Max Employment Agency.
