Joe Dempsey

Joe Dempsey is a Senior Growth Lead and Senior Product Manager at GetGround, starting in February 2022. Previously, Joe was the Technical Lead and Product Lead at Founder + Lightning from August 2016 to February 2022. At F&L, Senior Product Managers act like cofounders for new technology businesses, leading teams to refine vision, validate problems, and create Go To Market plans. Before that, Joe held positions at Capita from September 2014 to August 2016. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cardiff University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Management from Bangor University.
