Simu S. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2012, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Mindborn Holdings Sdn Bhd. In 2013, they served as a Retail Sales Associate at Forever 21, where they handled customer inquiries and managed stock inventory. In 2014, they worked as a Waitress at RGB and the Bean Hive, ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting in kitchen duties. In 2018, they briefly held the role of Store Administrator at Reader's Paradise, managing a secondhand bookstore. From 2019 onwards, they gained experience in different positions, including a Support Worker role at The Westminster Society for people with learning disabilities, a Research Assistant role at Middlesex University, and currently works in Operations at GetHarley.

Simu S. completed their education history with multiple degrees in the field of psychology and a foundation degree in biology. In 2019-2020, they attended Middlesex University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology.
