Claire Waring is a seasoned professional in the creative and digital strategy fields, currently serving as Co-Founder of Gether, a start-up aimed at alleviating the mental load for parents. With extensive experience, Claire has held notable positions including Founder of Blackbird Giants Cohort Seven, Executive Creative Director at R/GA, and Executive Creative Director for South East Asia at Publicis Sapient. As the founder and director of Craft Schmaft, Claire created a global e-commerce platform that cultivated creativity through engaging digital content. A significant background also includes roles at Saatchi & Saatchi and TBWA\Australia, where Claire built and led high-performing teams recognized for their innovative work. Claire holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication from the University of Technology Sydney, an Interior Design Certificate from KLC School of Design, and has completed advertising studies at AWARD School.
