Matthew McClay

Matthew McClay has worked in various roles since 2000. Matthew began their career as President of the International Business Association, followed by a role as a Volunteer/Board Member for the Pittsburgh Young Professionals in 2003. In 2005, they became a Volunteer/President of the New Pittsburgh Collaborative. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as Executive Vice President and Vice President of Enrollment Services for Brian Patten and Associates. During that same period, they were also the Director of Sales for Agility Marketing, specializing in full service CRM solutions and BPO. In 2017, they started their own business as an HR and Benefit Consultant and, in 2020, they became the Director of Insurance Division at GetHired, Inc.

Matthew McClay's educational history includes attending Indiana High School, the United States Naval Academy from 1991 to 1995, Carnegie Mellon University in 1994, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1995 to 2002, where they earned a BS in International Business and Finance.
