Jeff Whelpley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff started their career as an IT Intern at John Hancock in 1998. From 2000 to 2005, they served as a Project Manager, Tech Lead, and Software Developer at Tallan, Inc., working with various clients.

In 2005, they joined Wells Fargo as the Director of Software Development, where they led multiple teams supporting the Loan Origination systems and was involved in developing a new Knowledge Management system. Jeff also played a key role in recruiting for the Systems Development groups.

From 2011 to 2013, Jeff worked as the CTO at MESH01, specializing in product design and testing services for brands. In addition to technical responsibilities, they collaborated with the CEO on marketing, sales, and investment activities.

In 2013, Jeff co-founded GetHuman, a platform aimed at improving customer service experiences. As the Co-founder and CTO, they were responsible for all technical aspects, including strategy, planning, development, and maintenance.

In 2017, they co-founded Swish.com, where they served as the Co-founder and CTO. Swish.com is a budgeting app focused on helping users manage their finances effectively.

Jeff Whelpley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Boston College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Prior to attending Boston College, they completed their high school education at Delbarton High School from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Jeff has obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional from Amazon Web Services in September 2018, PROFESSIONAL CLOUD ARCHITECT from Google in August 2018, and AWS Certified Developer from Amazon Web Services in July 2018.
