Aaron Miller

Aaron Miller serves as the head patent attorney for surgical workflows at Getinge since January 2018, overseeing international patent filings and strategy for one of the company's product divisions. Prior experience includes roles as an intellectual property associate at Notaro, Michalos & Zaccaria P.C., a litigation associate at Shustak Frost & Partners, P.C., and a patent litigation associate at JONES DAY® and McDermott Will & Emery, where responsibilities encompassed patent prosecution, litigation in federal courts, and technical research on pharmaceuticals. Aaron Miller began a career in legal roles following a solid foundation in molecular biology as a research technician at the Albert Einstein Cancer Center, and holds a JD, cum laude, from Boston College Law School along with a B.S. in Plant Biology from Cornell University.
