Andrew McCaig

Andrew McCaig is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in technical services across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations UK & Ireland at Getinge since March 2016, Andrew is responsible for leading teams to meet key performance indicators. Prior roles at Getinge included Regional Service Manager and Service Team Manager, where responsibilities included supervising Field Service Engineers and managing departmental objectives. Earlier experience includes working as a Commissioning Engineer at Enercon GmbH, focusing on the testing and commissioning of wind energy converters, and as an Electronics Technician in the Royal Air Force, performing maintenance on ground equipment. Andrew holds educational qualifications from DCAE Cosford and West Redcar School.
