Caroline Johnson

Caroline Johnson currently serves as the Director of Global Programs at Getinge Financial Services, a position held since November 2020, after progressing from Sr. Manager in the same company. Prior experience includes significant roles at Stryker from June 2014 to November 2020, where Caroline was a Program Manager for Flex Financial and received the 2016 Flex Financial Performance Excellence Award, recognizing exceptional leadership and results. Additionally, participation in the 2016 Stryker Emerging Leadership Academy highlighted Caroline's talent and performance. Earlier roles at Stryker included Associate Project Manager, Finance Representative, and internships in various financial capacities. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Operations Management from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completed in 2014.
