Dr. Katie Sinclair

Dr. Katie Sinclair is a seasoned professional in talent and organizational development, currently serving as the Talent and Organisational Development Manager and previously as a Human Resources Specialist at Getinge since January 2022. Active in the field of management, Dr. Sinclair holds a position as Communications Officer for the British Academy of Management HRM Special Interest Group. A Doctoral Student at the University of Dundee from May 2018 to July 2023, Dr. Sinclair completed a PhD focusing on employer branding, identities, and the employee experience in global organizations. Additional roles include Corporate Researcher at Zuhra, Editorial Manager for the Journal of Organizational Effectiveness at Emerald Publishing, and various academic positions at the University of Dundee. Dr. Sinclair's educational background includes a PhD and an MSc in management and human resources from the University of Dundee, as well as a Master of Arts in History from the same institution.
