Previously, Echo held various leadership roles, including VP & GM at Philips, where responsibilities encompassed Connected Care across Greater China from 2021 to 2023. Echo's career spans multiple sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, beginning with experience as a general surgeon from 1996 to 2001. With a strong foundation in product management and marketing, Echo possesses deep insights into China’s market dynamics, contributing to local innovation and strategic initiatives. Echo earned a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine from Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College.
