Eric Bielen

Eric Bielen serves as Corporate VP of Mergers & Acquisitions at Getinge Group since July 2016 and as VP of New Business Development & Strategic Planning at Getinge Medical Systems Maquet since April 2013. Eric's responsibilities encompass areas such as M&A, strategic planning, and innovation, particularly within the diverse sectors of cardiac assist, cardiopulmonary, vascular systems, cardiac surgery, surgical workplaces, and critical care. Prior to these roles, Eric held the position of Vice President of New Business Development at Maquet Cardiovascular from January 2010 to March 2013 and was Vice President of New Product & New Business Development at Datascope from 1991 to 2008. Eric Bielen received education from KU Leuven.
