Joe Arico

Joe Arico is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in leading high-performing sales teams across various medical and technology sectors. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Getinge since April 2019, Joe is responsible for coaching and developing a team in the Cardio thoracic business unit. Prior to this, Joe held the same title at Teleflex Incorporated, managing a Midwest team in the Anesthesia and Respiratory Business Unit, where responsibilities included recruiting and professional development of sales representatives. Joe also worked as Director of Sales at Pendulum Solutions, Inc., and held multiple managerial roles at Cordis, contributing significantly to sales growth. Joe’s early career includes positions in sales training, territory management, and sales at Advanced Medical Optics, Allergan, and Nynex Network Solutions. Joe Arico holds an MBA in Marketing from Franklin University and a BBA in Business Information Systems from The University of Toledo.
