Katherine Zhou

Katherine Zhou is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Director of HR for Eastern Asia at Getinge since April 2024. Previously, Katherine held the position of APAC HR Director at ICU Medical for a decade, where responsibilities included partnering with Global HR Business Partners to implement divisional HR strategies and building effective relationships with regional leaders. Katherine began her career as an HR Business Partner at DSM, focusing on training and development, and also worked as an Associate Consultant at China Career International, specializing in recruitment for the chemical industry. Initial professional experience includes a role as a Personal Assistant to the Operation Director at Acceleration Institute in Singapore. Katherine holds a Diploma in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Negee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore, attained in 2003.
