Lana Schepens is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as HR Director for the DACH and Benelux regions at Getinge since June 2017, Lana has also held the position of HR Manager for Benelux within the same company. Prior roles include HR Manager at Tinker Travel, Lead HR Shared Service Center at Blokker Holding, and several positions at Accenture, such as Project Manager for HR Operations and HR Generalist. Early career experience includes serving as Office Manager at The Netherlands Fotomuseum. Lana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2010, and completed Havo at Thorbecke Lyceum in 2006.
