Laurent Coutaud

Laurent Coutaud has extensive experience in the field of digital health solutions, currently serving as the DHS Service Director at Getinge since March 1994. In this role, Laurent is responsible for developing service activities nationwide and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and profitable services, including updates, repairs, and customer support. Management of technical teams across France and support for their performance objectives are central responsibilities. Laurent has previously held roles at Getinge that involved managing the T-DOC service solution and overseeing technical operations, sales negotiations, and service process improvements. Prior to Getinge, Laurent worked at Eurotherm by Schneider Electric, focusing on the development of industrial applications and supervision systems. Laurent holds a BTS in Industrial Control and Automatic Regulation from Ecole des RIMAINS and a B.T in Control and Regulation from Lycée Saint Louis technique.
