Linn Steer

Linn Steer is currently the Head of Training, Communication and Change Management S/4HANA at Getinge, having previously served as Managing Director of Getinge Business Support Services AB. With a foundation in physiotherapy and education in marketing and finance, Linn has held various leadership roles, including L&D Director and Head of ArjoHuntleigh Academy at Arjo. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Development Manager at ArjoHuntleigh and a Business Development Director at Arjo Hospital Equipment AB. Linn began their professional journey as a physiotherapist at AMI Syd and a Hand Surgery Unit.
