Paula Niemi

Paula Niemi is a seasoned professional in internal audit, ethics, and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Getinge and as the Founder and Managing Director of Conduct Ambassador Oy. With over a decade of experience in improving internal controls, risk management, and governance globally, Paula has held roles at prominent companies including Nokia, Microsoft, and Nordea. Previously, Paula was the President of the ACFE Finland Chapter and a Board Member of IIA Finland. Paula holds an MBA from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and is a Certified Fraud Examiner, among other professional certifications. Passionate about coaching leaders and delving into the intricacies of fraud investigation, Paula continues to impact the field through speaking engagements and publications.
