Peter Jakobsson

Peter Jakobsson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and production engineering. Currently serving as a Production Engineer at Getinge since September 2021, Peter previously held positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Core Link AB and Vaculex, where responsibilities included the design of machines and tools for paper sleeve processing and vacuum-based lifting systems. Early career roles included industrial pipe laying at IPL Skandinavien AB and design work at Stegerud Steel AB, alongside hands-on welding experience in various capacities. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Development from Halmstad University, as well as additional qualifications in composite materials and CAD design.
